Jean Lenke ~ Songs of Love ~ to Benefit Dove House
Online & In Person
Trinity UMC 609 Taylor Street Port Townsend, WA 98368
The mission of the Trinity United Methodist Church is to be a welcoming ministry to all persons equally; to nurture spiritual development, fellowship and outreach. In a world full of despair, hate, and pain we believe God is using the Church to bring hope, love, and healing. The church's Candlelight Concerts for the Community support various social services programming in Jefferson County, WA.
Dove House was founded in 1979 and became officially incorporated in 1983 under the original name
Domestic Violence Sexual Assault of Jefferson County. They provide services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes and to those in recovery from mental illness, homelessness, substance use, and other traumatic life experiences. Dove House offers one-to-one advocacy, therapy, support groups/classes, and operates a temporary emergency shelter for victims fleeing domestic violence, a transitional housing program for women and families transitioning into independence, and the Recovery Café.
