As a music "family", most of us are pretty fortunate to have steady day jobs, be able to play music in our free time, and then go home to a roof over our heads and food on our tables and healthy families - and we realize that not everyone has that privilege. Not everyone musician has the luxury of being able to donate their time to play a benefit concert or take time out of their lives to volunteer for the things that matter to them either. We're lucky though - most of us can - so we do.
Jean Therapy does a couple of free shows a year to benefit local grassroots organizations - and offers special discounts to non-profit charity events. Contact us for more information.
A few of the projects that our band supports are listed below. Check them out - support them if you can!
Most importantly - when you can help someone else - do it! It's great personal & group "therapy" just like music!
November 10th - Speakeasy Party & Turtle Benefit at War3house 3

The mission of the Tecolutla Turtle Preservation Project is to protect and to promote the population growth of Kemp's ridley sea turtles (also known as Tortuga Lora or species Lepidochelys Kempii).
We provide financial support to Vida Milenaria , a grassroots preservation effort in Tecolutla, Mexico that has helped protect hundreds of thousands of Kemp's ridley sea turtle nests in the past 35 years. The founder of this effort, Fernando Manzano, is featured in the documentary Papa Tortuga, which has aired on Public Television as part of the Natural Heroes series. The documentary has also been featured in a number of film festivals throughout the United States.

June 30th, 2018 - YACHTSTOCK RiverJam!
The Corinthian Yacht Club & West End Boat Club, Tinicum, PA
YachtStock Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization registered in PA that provides help for local families and Shriners Hospitals for Children Philadelphia. Over the years we have raised many tens of thousands of dollars for these struggling children through our charity events throughout the year. Our main event is the annual Yachststock RiverJam, one of the area's largest outdoor, all-day concert events. Yachtstock RiverJam is pleased to announce that we will once again partner with Tinicum Township, providing fireworks at Governor Printz Park, as well as enjoying the continued support of our longstanding venue and partner, West End Boat Club. The Corinthian Yacht Club will also be joining us again in 2017 as a participating venue.
2018 Yachtstock continues our long and fruitful partnership with Shriner's Hospital with proceeds benefitting their important work. We are also pleased to announce we will continue our longstanding tradition of selecting a local beneficiary.
